1. Q: Can I take too many vitamins?
A: Yes, you have a limited number of absorption sites, and too much of one vitamin can block the absorption of another!

2 . Q: What does it mean that my blood tests were normal?
A: That means that the numbers fell within the average range. Depending on your individual needs, average may not be the best for your or even healthy.

3. I eat a very healthy diet. Should I worry?
A: Your body uses what is absorbs, not what you eat. Not, don’t worry, but do get a medical- nutritional check up to be sure your diet is doing the job your body needs.

4. Q: Can you help my digestion?
A: Yes, we can take a look at how your absorption is and make recommendation that will help you to get better nutrition out of what you eat.
